About Me

       

        I am currently a senior in high school that is finding it hard to make time for leisurely reading. I started this blog in 2012, when I had just started middle school. Understandably, I had more free time than I do now (especially without the stress of college apps), so I was able to post more frequently. One of my goals when I started was that I hoped that I would be able to be consistent (unlike the many journals I would write in for a day and then completely forget about). Well, it's 2017, and although I've faltered here and there, I think this blog is still going strong and will continue to do so in the future. I believe we live in an Internet-based world today, so it is really hard not to have an online presence. But it is beneficial in a lot of ways. For example, reading my old reviews from 6th grade show me how much I've grown and matured as a writer, and helps me get even better at critiquing myself and seeing where I can improve further. I love writing on this platform almost as much I love reading the books I post about, and I promise I shall do my very best to be consistent and punctual.
